RedSkyes is a platform where YouTube creators can raise funds from supporters through transparent revenue-sharing agreements.
We provide the technology, contracts, and payout structure that make this process simple and secure.

2. Eligibility

To use RedSkyes, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;

• Provide accurate information;

• Have a valid payment method;

• Comply with all local laws and regulations.

3. How RedSkyes Works

• Creators can post campaigns to raise funds in exchange for sharing a portion of their verified YouTube ad/sponsor revenue.

• Supporters can contribute small amounts to those campaigns.

• All agreements between creators and supporters are governed by Creator Revenue Contracts, provided and managed through the RedSkyes platform.

• RedSkyes is not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor.
  We simply facilitate agreements between creators and their supporters.

4. Payments and Fees

• Payments are processed securely through third-party services (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

• RedSkyes may charge a small service fee for successfully funded campaigns (typically 5%).

• All fees are clearly disclosed before transactions occur.

• By participating, you authorize RedSkyes and our payment partners to process your payments safely.

5. No Guarantees or Returns

All funding on RedSkyes involves risk.
Creators may earn more or less than expected.
Supporters understand that returns are not guaranteed, and contributions are not refundable once a campaign is funded.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their YouTube channel and campaign;

• Report revenue honestly via verified analytics;

• Distribute the agreed-upon percentage of revenue to supporters;

• Maintain control and compliance of their channel content.

7. Supporter Responsibilities

Supporters agree to:

• Contribute funds voluntarily with the understanding that returns may vary;

• Refrain from harassing or demanding creative control from creators;

• Follow all platform rules and community standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content on RedSkyes belong to us or our creators.
You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RedSkyes is not responsible for losses or disputes arising from creator-supporter relationships.
We provide the platform as-is without warranties of performance, outcome, or return.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes take effect upon posting.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the new Terms.
